Services

What I do, and what you get.

Five services, one visual direction behind all of them. Take one, or keep editmode.ai across a season so a brand's imagery stays in a single voice.

01

AI Fashion Images

Campaign, editorial, e-commerce and AI model visuals.

We produce fashion imagery with AI in the production chain, directed like a shoot — brief, casting, light, styling, grade. The tools change; the standards don't.

It opens sets, locations and volumes a normal production couldn't reach, at the pace a season actually demands.

  • Campaign visuals
  • E-commerce imagery
  • AI model visuals
02

Digital Model Creation

Consistent AI models, casting portraits and identity systems.

We build digital models a brand can keep: a face, a body, a way of standing that stays the same from the first drop to the tenth.

It starts from the brand, not from a catalogue: casting portraits developed around its identity and audience, then a system so every future image reads as the same person.

03

AI Product Content

Product imagery, lifestyle scenes and UGC-style assets.

Product content that reads true and sells: clean product shots, lifestyle scenes and UGC-style assets built for e-commerce and social.

One visual rule set across a range, so the tenth image matches the first and a page stays calm.

  • Lifestyle scenes
  • UGC-style content
  • Catalogue & social assets
04

AI Video / Motion

Short-form video, product loops and campaign motion.

Motion built from the same direction as the stills: short-form video, product loops and campaign pieces for the feed and the product page.

Autoplay-ready, muted by default, sized for where it runs — no wasted frames.

  • Social-first edits

Creative Direction

Visual concepts, references, prompts and AI production systems.

The direction behind the images: concepts, references, prompts and the production systems that keep a brand's visuals consistent across drops.

Hire it on its own, or as the layer that holds a full campaign together.

Why AI production

The same standard, without the machinery of a shoot.

A conventional fashion production moves people, samples and equipment before a single frame exists. AI production moves none of that — the budget goes into the image, not the logistics around it.

  • Timeline

Shoot —3–6 weeks from brief to files: casting, location, permits, the shoot day itself, then edit and retouch.

AI —First drafts in 2–3 working days. A finished set usually lands inside two weeks.

  • Cost

Shoot —A campaign day sits around £10,000–£30,000 once studio, photographer, models, hair and make-up, travel and retouching are added. E-commerce runs roughly £30–£150 per image.

AI —One project fee, agreed up front — no studio hire, no day-rates, no travel. In practice it lands well below the logistics line of a shoot.

  • Reshoots

Shoot —Re-booking the team and the space costs real money — often £3,000–£8,000 for half a day — and waits on everyone's diary.

AI —A revision round. It's part of the project, not a new booking.

  • Consistency

Shoot —Next season the model has other work, the light is different, the grade drifts.

AI —The same digital models, the same grade, available every season.

  • Footprint

Shoot —Flights for the team, samples couriered both ways, set builds that last one day.

AI —Nothing travels. No shipping, no set, no waste.

Shoot figures are typical UK production budgets, not a quote — a small shoot costs less, a big one far more. AI production is quoted per project: ask and you'll get a number for yours.
